Project Director
Project Directors plan and monitor projects. They implement and manage project parameters, and have overall responsibility for the project strategy. They ensure projects are effective and profitable, and delivered on time and within budget. They provide leadership and advice.
Project Manager
Project Managers plan, direct and coordinate projects. They prepare reports, and determine the scope, size and requirements of the project. They set schedules and targets for the completion of objectives; cost projects and manage the budget; monitor progress; recruit staff; and communicate with key stakeholders.
Project Management Section Leader
Project Management Section Leaders manage multiple projects, and may even oversee the planning and implementation of all projects undertaken by an organisation. They solve complex problems, and ensure project teams are productive and on track to complete milestones and overall objectives.
