Trainer

Trainers deliver training in an industry area or area of subject matter expertise. They design and develop learning programs and plan, organise and deliver group-based and individual training within settings such as TAFE colleges, community organisations and work places.

Enterprise Trainer and Assessor

Enterprise Trainers and Assessors work for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) that are part of, or associated with, a specific business enterprise in an industry. Enterprise Trainers and Assessors deliver and assess nationally endorsed units or qualifications to workers in their business enterprise.

Learning Product Developer

Learning Product Developers create learning resources for clients. They conduct a training needs analysis, determine appropriate learning strategies, and develop learning tools or e-learning resources to foster expected learning outcomes.

Assessor (Training)

Assessors conduct competency-based assessments. They plan and organise assessments, determine the competence of people being assessed, and participate in assessment validation. They must have relevant vocational competencies at least to the level they are assessing.

Enterprise Trainer

Enterprise Trainers train others within their workplace. They work with individuals or small groups, providing training and/or coaching through instruction and demonstration of work skills.
